Chip Harlan
Technical Manager
Chip Harlan is the technical manager at Straight Arrow News. He leads the engineering teams in building SAN.com and the mobile apps. He comes to SAN from a long stint at NCAA.com where he led the web development team building the web app for the March Madness basketball tournament. He also spent time working on sites like nba.com and zwift.com.
Chip is a lifelong musician, and has been a member of many great bands with questionable names. He also likes to spend time outdoors and is learning to play ice hockey.
