Laura Shupe

Laura has worked for Straight Arrow’s parent company, Hugo Enterprise, for seven years, first as the entrepreneurial assistant/business analyst and then as the chief of staff. Prior to that, she worked as a financial analyst in the banking industry.

Laura is also the executive director of the Cloisters on the Platte, an Ignatian retreat center near Gretna, NE.

Born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, Laura is a true native who enjoys her Midwest roots with her husband and two children. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Banking and Financial Markets from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, where she was also a competitive swimmer.
