St. Clair, a conservative influencer, invited the Daily Mail to record her selling her Tesla on Saturday, March 29, explaining she needed the money after Musk allegedly cut her financial support. In a video, St. Clair commented, “Yeah, that’s his modus operandi when women speak out.”

In February, St. Clair went public on X, claiming Musk is the father of her child. She added that, for privacy and safety reasons, she had not disclosed the birth of her son until five months later.

How has Musk responded?

Musk responded publicly on Monday, March 31, addressing the claims that he refused to confirm whether he is the father of St. Clair’s child. He stated he is open to taking a DNA test but mentioned that he has already paid St. Clair over $2 million, with an additional $500,000 per year.

In response, St. Clair insisted Musk refused to confirm his paternity. She further alleged that he reduced the financial support to exert control and punish her for taking legal action.

Custody petition, court ordered paternity test

In February, St. Clair filed a custody petition in court, seeking sole custody of her son. In a separate filing, she requested the court order Musk to take a paternity test. St. Clair and her legal team claim Musk’s financial retaliation followed her decision to pursue legal action.

If Musk is confirmed to be the father of St. Clair’s son, she could potentially request that he pay child support.

IN FEBRUARY, ST. CLAIR FILED A CUSTODY PETITION IN COURT, REQUESTING SOLE CUSTODY OF HER SON FROM A NEW YORK JUDGE. IN A SEPARATE FILING, SHE’S ASKING THE COURT TO ORDER MUSK TO TAKE A PATERNITY TEST. ST. CLAIR AND HER LEGAL TEAM CLAIM HER DECISION TO INVOLVE THE COURTS CAUSED MUSK TO RETALIATE AGAINST HER FINANCIALLY.
