New allegations added to indictment
A superseding indictment — which replaces a previous indictment to modify or add charges — was filed against Combs in a New York district court.

According to the 15-page document, prosecutors allege that Combs physically assaulted women on multiple occasions, including striking, punching, dragging, throwing objects at and kicking them.
The allegations extend beyond women. Prosecutors claim Combs also mistreated his employees, forcing some to work long hours with little sleep. They say he used physical force, psychological harm, financial harm and reputational harm to maintain control.
One employee was allegedly forced to engage in sex acts with him.
Combs’ attorney responds
Marc Agnifilo, Combs’ attorney, responded to the latest allegations in a statement to NBC News.
“[Combs’ employees] stand by his side, prepared to attest to the dedication, hard work, and inspiration they experienced while helping build groundbreaking, award-winning businesses,” Agnifilo said.
Agnifilo’s team has not responded to Straight Arrow News’ request for further comment.
Combs shares prison unit with Sam Bankman-Fried
As Combs awaits his May trial, he shares a prison unit with former cryptocurrency billionaire Sam Bankman-Fried, who is serving 25 years for fraud.
In a new interview with Tucker Carlson, Bankman-Fried described his interactions with Combs.
“I’ve only seen one piece of him — Diddy in prison. He’s been kind to people in the unit. He’s been kind to me,” Bankman-Fried said.
During the same interview, Bankman-Fried also spoke about his support for Republicans and his parents’ efforts to secure a pardon from President Donald Trump.

What’s next for Combs?
Combs will remain in jail until his trial, scheduled for May 5. According to Reuters, prosecutors have informed the U.S. district judge overseeing the case that they will provide additional details on the superseding indictment by March 10. They also requested Combs’ arraignment for March 14.
