Media Miss by the right: DOJ email called Epstein death a ‘murder’

A newly released DOJ email refers to Jeffrey Epstein’s 2019 death in his New York prison cell as a “murder,” contradicting the federal government’s longstanding position that he died by suicide.

Epstein’s death was officially ruled a suicide in 2019, but the 2020 email indicates a murder investigation was ongoing at the time.

The discovery adds to existing skepticism, particularly after a draft press release announcing Epstein’s death appeared to be dated one day before he was found dead. Officials have said the date was a typo and that the draft was never released.

Media Miss by the left: Nobel winner says Trump is either a ‘traitor’ or ‘exceptional’

In a recent interview, Nobel Peace Prize laureate and former Polish President Lech Wałęsa said President Donald Trump is either a “traitor” or an “exceptional” leader in his dealings with Russia.

Wałęsa said that while it may appear Trump is accommodating Russian President Vladimir Putin, he could also be trying to prevent escalation, warning that if the U.S. joins what he called the “anti-Putin chorus,” nuclear weapons could enter the picture.

Wałęsa said Trump is either a traitor or deserving of  the Nobel Peace prize, but added, “It’s too early to judge.”
