Ye — formerly known as Kanye West — is making headlines again. The rapper took to X in an all-caps rant, praising Hitler, making antisemitic statements, and defending embattled music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs.

In less than 24 hours, Ye’s social media meltdown quickly spiraled, sparking backlash from fans and critics alike.

Ye’s “Free Puff” tweet ignites controversy

It all started with a post that read, “Free Puff.” The message was a plea for Combs, who is currently in a New York prison facing multiple sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

But that was just the beginning. Within hours, Ye’s account turned into a firestorm of controversy.

Ye didn’t stop at his defense of Combs. He also announced that he was selling Sean John shirts — referencing Diddy’s former clothing brand — to financially support the imprisoned mogul.

This move raised eyebrows, especially given the serious nature of the charges against Combs.

Antisemitic remarks draw backlash

Ye then posted a series of inflammatory tweets, including “I’m racist” and “I’m a Nazi.”

His posts circulated online, with some even receiving sensitivity warnings from X. The platform flagged certain messages for potentially violating its policies against hateful conduct.

Ye also tweeted that he “loves Hitler” and doubled down on past antisemitic remarks, refusing to apologize. His previous antisemitic comments led Adidas to cut ties with him in 2022, stripping him of his billionaire status.

Ye calls “Me Too” a “woke agenda”

As the social media rant continued, Ye shifted his focus to the #MeToo movement. He called it a “woke agenda” and claimed it was a way for women to extort men.

One of his tweets, which included offensive language, was blurred on the platform but remained visible. The #MeToo movement, founded in 2006, aims to raise awareness for victims of sexual assault and rape culture.

Claims about Bianca Censori

Ye also raised eyebrows with a post about his wife, Bianca Censori, stating, “I have dominion over my wife.”

The statement followed backlash over Censori’s controversial “invisible” dress at the 2025 Grammy Awards, which left her nearly naked on the red carpet. Many online speculated that Ye controls Censori’s public image and wardrobe.

Ye’s claims continue

In addition to his inflammatory remarks, Ye posted seemingly unrelated tweets. He claimed he had turned down three photo opportunities with Make-A-Wish children in wheelchairs.

Another post declared his love for cutting grass every few years.

Ye says he was misdiagnosed with bipolar disorder

He also made headlines this week for revealing that he was recently diagnosed with autism.

In a recent interview on “The Download,” he said his wife encouraged him to get tested. “My wife took me to do that ‘cause she said something about your personality doesn’t feel like it’s bipolar,” he stated.

As of Friday, Feb. 7, all of Ye’s posts remain live on X.
