Regal Brands Global acquired the Lord & Taylor intellectual property in September after its previous owner, Saadia Group — which had re-launched the chain as an e-commerce website in 2021 — ceased operations. The last Lord & Taylor store shut down in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Business of Fashion reported Friday, Dec. 6, Regal Brands aims to sell Lord & Taylor products in other high-end retailers such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Nordstrom. Regal Brands does not currently own any other brands or retailers.
