Media Miss by the left: Trump plans to talk with health insurers

Trump told House Republicans this week that he  plans to meet with leaders of 14 health insurance companies “in a few days” to discuss lower health care costs. 

The announcement comes after COVID-era health care tax credits expired at the beginning of the year, driving up insurance costs for millions of Americans.

Media Miss by the right: Former Capitol Police Officer reflects on Jan. 6 five years later

Former Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn says the Jan. 6, 2021 riot was the “worst day” of his life.

Dunn published a memoir about the day and spoke about it to mark five years since the attack. Dunn is one of several former officers continuing to advocate for accountability.  

His reflections come as Trump has granted pardons or clemency to nearly 1,600 people convicted on or facing charges tied to the insurrection.
