With Thanksgiving this week and the holiday season upon us, that tends to mean lots of family, friends, fun and food. That might have people dreading packing on the holiday pounds, unless they’re among the nearly 1 in 4 Americans who never lost last year’s holiday weight. A new survey conducted by Talker Research for wellness company Herbalife found 24% are still carrying the weight they gained at the end of 20-23, which is about 10 pounds on average.
