Analysts say they expect the Federal Reserve to again cut interest rates at the next policy committee meeting on Dec. 9-10. At each of the two previous meetings, the committee selected to cut rates by 0.25%.

As of Nov. 10, experts put the odds of a December rate cut at around 63%, according to Investopedia. That expectation follows reports of historic job losses in October and declining consumer confidence in the U.S. job market and economy overall.
