AOC took first-class flight to attend anti-oligarchy rally

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., was photographed flying first-class to a Bernie Sanders event last month. The event was Sanders’ “Fighting Oligarchy” tour, which AOC spoke at in numerous cities.

The move drew criticism from some who questioned whether the travel aligned with her stance on economic inequality and climate change.

The photo was allegedly taken by a Brooklyn resident named Tracey, who claimed that AOC “did not respond to friendly comments once she sat down.” According to the New York Post, a first-class ticket on a similar JetBlue flight runs $1,100.
