The Kremlin said on Friday, July 12, that the whole world had paid attention to U.S. President Joe Biden’s verbal slips at a NATO summit held in Washington, D.C. The Kremlin also said the way the U.S. president had spoken about Russian President Vladimir Putin was disrespectful.
Biden mistakenly introduced Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskyy as Putin, however, he quickly corrected himself, saying Zelenskyy was going to beat Putin. Biden also accidentally referred to Vice President Kamala Harris as Trump.
During the NATO summit, the U.S. president called Putin a “murderous madman.”
