Mike Boudreaux, the sheriff of Tulare County in California, said that his image was used without his permission in a campaign ad for Vice President and Democratic nominee Kamala Harris. Boudreaux said he does no support Harris for president or any other type of political position.

Boudreaux also criticized Harris. He said that she “never cared about the cartels,” also claiming Harris failed to address illegal border crossings.

In a statement from the sheriff’s political action committee, Golden State Justice, Boudreaux expressed anger about the campaign ad, saying it is misleading.
