America First Legal is suing a Colorado school district for retaliating against an employee for expressing views during a diversity training. The employee identified as an American who believes the U.S. Is “the greatest country in the world.”
Cherry Creek’s equity director reported the comments as having “racist undertones,” leading to the employee’s position elimination and administrative leave. When the employee said they did not believe in their justification, he was placed on administrative leave for “unprofessional conduct.”
