House Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer says congressional Republicans are demanding interviews with former President Joe Biden’s physician, Kevin O’Connor, and former White House aides about Biden’s cognitive decline. Comer first subpoenaed aides in July 2024 following Biden’s performance in a presidential debate.

The Biden White House has not complied with subpoenas to provide aides for interviews about Biden’s cognitive health.

Comer stated that any continued obstruction from the Biden administration will lead to swift and decisive action.
