Alan Dershowitz claimed he saw the full Epstein client list during his March 19 interview, but is bound by confidentiality from revealing the names. Following Giuffre’s 2022 lawsuit withdrawal, Dershowitz claims he saw Epstein’s client list while defending himself to prove innocence, despite confidentiality restrictions.

Pressed on who’s on the list, former Epstein attorney Alan Dershowitz said “Documents are being suppressed to protect individuals” and “they’re everything,” from politicians to business leaders. On July 7, the U.S. DOJ denied the existence of a client list, sparking cover-up accusations from supporters.

Judicial Watch’s FOIA lawsuit in April 2025 prompts ongoing review of Epstein files, amid Dershowitz’s claims of a government cover-up to protect powerful individuals.
