Alan Dershowitz, a former attorney for Jeffrey Epstein, has stated he plans to take legal action against a vendor at the West Tisbury Farmers Market on Martha’s Vineyard. According to Dershowitz, the vendor—identified as “Good Pierogis”—refused to serve him, allegedly due to his political views and a T-shirt he was wearing that read “Proud Zionist.”

He described the refusal as discriminatory and said he believes it infringed upon his rights. Dershowitz expressed a preference for resolving the matter amicably but indicated that he is prepared to file a lawsuit if a settlement cannot be reached.

Meanwhile, a committee overseeing the market is reviewing its bylaws to ensure both sellers and customers are treated fairly.
