Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has created a new task force intended to investigate the intelligence community in order to promote “transparency and accountability.” Gabbard says the task force is being started up in part to follow President Donald Trump’s order to restore trust in the intelligence community.
The force is already working on subjects such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the Biden administration’s alleged surveillance of Americans and Trump’s Crossfire Hurricane investigation. It will then declassify information on these subjects.
