Gaza’s telecommunications infrastructure has collapsed, causing a digital blackout that has cut off emergency services and humanitarian coordination, paralyzing aid operations, according to U.N. humanitarians. The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs stated that fuel supplies are running critically low due to a blockade, threatening essential services and patient care.

New evacuation orders were issued for six neighborhoods covering over 3 square kilometers, while no shelter materials have been allowed into Gaza for 100 days. U.N. teams collected food supplies for northern Gaza for the first time since early March, but aid delivery has raised concerns for civilian safety.
