Fox News host Harris Faulkner was part of a panel at the National Association of Black Journalists annual convention on Wednesday, July 31. According to Faulkner, much of the audience was enjoying former President Donald Trump’s interview, despite what she called “a little bit of contention on the dais.”

During Trump’s interview, he ended up questioning Vice President Kamala Harris’s racial identity.

“You know what, I respect either one,” Trump said. “I respect either one, but she obviously doesn’t. Because she was Indian all the way and then all of a sudden, she made a turn and she went, she became a Black person.”
