Rep. Richard Hudson, R-N.C., predicts the House Republicans will gain seats in the midterm elections occurring in 20 months. Hudson stated that budget cuts pushed by the Department of Government Efficiency are resonating with voters.

Hudson did, however, express concern about veterans allegedly being fired from their jobs, noting, “I’m disturbed when I hear veterans are being fired.” He reinforced the belief that Republicans are “on the side of the angels” and stated opinions about Democrats digging their own political graves.
