The House Judiciary Committee has not been able to locate Nathan Wade to serve him a subpoena, as confirmed by spokesperson Russell Dye. Dye stated that Wade’s evasion of service is “extremely unusual” and may require taxpayer funds to find him.
The committee initially attempted to serve the subpoena to Wade’s lawyer, who declined, and also tried contacting him via email. The committee wants him to testify over questions relating to his relationship with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis.
