Infowars and most of its assets are being auctioned as part of Alex Jones’ personal bankruptcy on Wednesday, Nov. 13. Jones faces a potential ban from online platforms due to nearly $1.5 billion in defamation judgments.

Jones claimed the auction was “rigged” and fears opponents will buy Infowars’ parent company, Free Speech Systems.

Jones was sued by families of the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting after he claimed the shooting was a hoax staged by crisis actors.
