At least 19 Palestinians were killed in Israeli attacks, including a family of 10 in al-Tuffah, Gaza, according to Mahmoud Basal of Gaza’s Civil Defence. The U.N. reported that almost all of Gaza’s more than 2 million residents rely on humanitarian aid for food, as prices soar and supplies dwindle.

Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz stated that preventing humanitarian aid is a tactic against Hamas amid ongoing hostilities and demands for hostages. The war in Gaza has resulted in over 51,000 Palestinian deaths, with most victims being women and children, according to the Hamas-run Gaza Health Ministry.
