Jamie Raskin said Trump must be ‘disqualified’ by Congress if elected

A video of Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., surfaced, in which the representative suggests that Congress needs to invalidate a Trump victory. Raskin warns of a potential “civil war” if former President Donald Trump is put in office.

Raskin raised concerns about the U.S. Supreme Court requiring Congress to take on responsibilities related to the former president’s eligibility.

Raskin predicted that the Supreme Court would prevent Democrats from excluding Trump from ballots, instead putting the responsibility on Congress.
