Jerry Seinfeld stated, “I don’t care about Palestine,” after an activist and Instagram influencer attempted to get him to say “Free Palestine.” Seinfeld refused, emphasizing his support for Israel and the Jewish people. Seinfeld expressed deep concern, saying, “My heart is breaking from these attacks and atrocities.”
He has supported Israel since Oct. 7 and visited Kibbutz Be’eri in December. Seinfeld’s visit aimed to witness the devastation caused by Hamas’s atrocities. Seinfeld has also been targeted by activists who support Palestine, including an incident in which dozens walked out of his Duke University commencement speech in spring 2024.
