A judge appointed by Biden dismissed a lawsuit from FBI agents regarding concerns over retaliation linked to Jan. 6 investigations, stating their fears were “too speculative.” Judge Jia Cobb noted that the agents lacked standing to challenge the DOJ’s actions or potential future terminations.

Mark Zaid, the agents’ lawyer, claimed they won in preventing the release of the agents’ names connected to Jan. 6 investigations. Cobb expressed understanding for the agents’ desire for assurances but found no supporting evidence in their claims.
