A federal judge has asked the Trump administration for more details on a deal to send Venezuelan immigrants to a prison in El Salvador. Nearly 240 have already been sent amid legal battles that have reached the Supreme Court.

The Trump administration claims these men are linked to a gang called Tren de Aragua, but critics say there is little evidence of their ties to the gang, and many have no criminal records.

The U.S. government has allocated funds for housing these individuals in El Salvador, raising concerns about the treatment of immigrants and the legal process involved.
