Tyler Maxon Avalos was arrested in St. Paul, Minnesota, on Oct. 16, following a threatening post he allegedly published on social media. The TikTok post appeared to offer a $45,000 reward for someone to capture or kill U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi.
The post explicitly notes, in all caps, that the author prefers the intended target be killed rather than captured alive.

The FBI describes Avalos as an anarchist. His criminal history includes former convictions on stalking, battery and assault.
Avalos is currently prohibited by court orders from leaving Minnesota, and is also not permitted to possess any weapons. Court orders further require Avalos to receive mental health treatment and to refrain from drinking alcohol, according to The Independent.
