Jaime A. Davidson, whose life sentence was commuted by Donald Trump after serving 28 years for a cop’s murder, has been convicted of choking his wife in Florida. Davidson’s misdemeanor battery conviction could lead to a revocation of his supervised release, which is currently pending appeal. Davidson was initially convicted for orchestrating a drug robbery that led to the 1990 murder of Syracuse Police Officer Wallie Howard Jr.
