Authorities are searching for a man pardoned by President Donald Trump for his actions during the Jan. 6 Capitol riots. Andrew Taake, 36, is wanted for soliciting a Texas minor for sex, according to authorities.

Taake was pardoned by Trump after serving time for his role in the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol.

Texas prosecutors requested Taake’s detention due to pending charges but he was released despite this request.

Another individual involved in the Jan. 6 events was fatally shot by police shortly after being released from jail.
