Greene expressed disappointment with the administration’s conflicting claims about the success of the airstrikes, stating, “After the bombs were dropped, we were told complete success.” Following the strikes, Trump claimed success while conflicting statements from his administration raised doubts about the effectiveness of the mission.
As a result of Trump’s actions, notable figures like Rep. Thomas Massie also voiced their dissent, further splitting the MAGA coalition.
