Mark Robinson vows to rebuild his staff for North Carolina governor as Republican group backs away

Mark Robinson vowed to rebuild his campaign staff after several aides quit and a Republican group withdrew support due to a CNN report about his explicit past posts. Robinson revealed his senior adviser, campaign manager, and two other top staffers had stepped down, and the Republican Governors Association will no longer support him.
Robinson, who seeks to be North Carolina’s first Black governor, denied the allegations, calling them “salacious tabloid lies” and stated his campaign is receiving offers for new staff.
