Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey has urged the Department of Justice to investigate if President Joe Biden’s mental decline allowed staff to issue far-left policies without his approval. Bailey claims that Biden’s mental state is well-known, leading to concerns about the legitimacy of executive actions taken by unelected aides.
House Speaker Mike Johnson described Biden as unable to recall important decisions, stating, “Biden did not know what orders he was signing.”
Bailey concluded that if Biden was not competent, the executive actions taken could be “legally void,” and he requests a formal investigation.
