Rand Paul, R-Ky., chair of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, sent letters to the heads of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), requesting their availability to testify at a Feb. 12 oversight hearing.
