Prominent Democratic donor John Morgan, an Orlando-based attorney, announced on X that he will not support Vice President Harris’ fundraising efforts, citing a lack of enthusiasm and a belief that she will lose in November. Morgan expressed preference for other candidates like Kentucky Gov. Andy Beshear or West Virginia Sen. Joe Manchin. His stance highlights potential divisions among Democrats over Harris. Despite this, Harris’ campaign has raised nearly $50 million and secured endorsements from notable Democratic figures, including the Clintons and Sens. Warner and Warren. Some Democrats, however, have yet to endorse her.
