On Wednesday, Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) announced he would reissue his criminal referral of Dr. Anthony Fauci to the Department of Justice, citing concerns over what he alleges is Fauci’s false testimony and the legitimacy of Biden’s autopen pardon. Fauci received a full and unconditional pre-emptive pardon dating back to Jan. 1, 2014, The New York Times reported, enacted via autopen.

Evidence indicates the House Select Subcommittee on the Coronavirus Pandemic revealed a 2020 email in which Fauci acknowledged concerns about gain-of-function experiments in Wuhan, raising questions about NIH funding transparency.
