Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., criticized Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle during her testimony in front of Congress on Monday, July 22. Mace called Cheatle’s response to questions about a media leak “bulls—.”

Cheatle testified before the House Oversight Committee, discussing the Secret Service’s response to the attempted assassination on former President Donald Trump at a rally in Pennsylvania.

Mace accused Cheatle of lying when the Secret Service director would not confirm if all audio and video recordings had been shared with the committee.

Many have called for Cheatle to step down from her position.
