A Christian student organization planned a rally against a satanic Black Mass event scheduled for March 28 at the Kansas State Capitol. The Black Mass event was organized by The Satanic Grotto.
The petition against the event has garnered over 83,000 signatures, and the organization plans to deliver these to Gov. Laura Kelly, urging her to cancel the Black Mass.
Kelly expressed concerns about the event but stated her office could not stop it.
CatholicVote has urged Governor Kelly to prevent the Black Mass, citing it as an unauthorized use of the Statehouse and concerns over the violation of building policies.
