Republican Georgia Rep. Andrew Clyde is the lead sponsor of the joint resolution, aiming to nullify a rule issued by the Department of Energy on Oct. 9, 2024.
Sen. Jon Husted stated the legislation will cut red tape, restore consumer choice and save a typical U.S. household an average of $107 annually over the next two decades.
