U.S. Rep. Elise Stefanik raised $4 million in the second quarter, breaking records for New York Republicans. Stefanik currently holds $11 million in cash, the largest amount on hand for a New York Republican.

Polls indicate that New York Governor Kathy Hochul leads Stefanik and other Republicans by 20 points, with Hochul holding $17.5 million cash on hand.
