The Supreme Court declined two appeals involving COVID-19 vaccines from Children’s Health Defense, founded by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Lower court rulings against the group were upheld by the Supreme Court without providing any comment on their decision. Rulings against the group from federal appeals courts in New Orleans and Philadelphia were upheld without comment by the justices.
