Vanessa Sivadge, a former Texas Children’s Hospital nurse, says she has been fired. This follows her whistleblowing on alleged Medicaid fraud related to child sex-change procedures, according to The Daily Signal.

The Texas nurse said she was fired on Aug. 16, in retaliation for revealing the hospital’s alleged “egregious pattern of deception.”

Earlier in 2024, Sivadge accused the Texas Children’s hospital of misdiagnosing transgender patients so that it could justify cross-sex hormone treatments for minors. She said the procedures happened on children as young as 11 years old.
