Texas man arrested for ‘making terroristic threats’ against ICE agents, Noem

A Texas man named Robert King was arrested for making terroristic threats against U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents and Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. Homeland Security Investigations reported King’s social media posts included intentions to “open fire” if he sees ICE agents in his neighborhood.

In response to a TikTok video urging violence against ICE, Noem stated that threats against law enforcement would lead to prosecution “to the fullest extent of the law.” ICE confirmed that during recent operations, 47 illegal immigrants were apprehended, all taken into ICE custody pending immigration proceedings.
