Trump approval falls to 43%, lowest since returning to office, Reuters/Ipsos poll finds

President Donald Trump’s approval rating has dropped to 43%, the lowest since his return. According to the Reuters/Ipsos poll, the drop is due to dissatisfaction with his handling of the economy and military secrets.

About 74% of poll respondents deemed the Trump administration’s discussion of military plans through a messaging app reckless, and 70% believed it should accept responsibility for the incident.

Many respondents disapprove of Trump’s handling of the economy, which has damaged their perception of his leadership.

Trump’s allies reportedly worry about his trade policies and the lack of progress in various international conflicts, which has frustrated him.
