Mike Huckabee, the U.S. ambassador to Israel, urged Israeli authorities to “aggressively investigate” the death of Sayfollah Musallet, a Palestinian American, after he was beaten to death in the West Bank village of Sinjil. Huckabee stated, “There must be accountability for this criminal and terrorist act. Saif was only 20 years old,” highlighting the need for justice.
The family of Sayfollah Musallet demanded the U.S. State Department lead an investigation and hold the Israeli settlers accountable for his death. Since October 2023, at least 998 Palestinians have been killed in the West Bank, according to the Palestinian Health Ministry.
