Trump Media and Rumble are seeking to block Brazilian Supreme Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes’ orders suspending Rumble’s platform in Brazil until it complies with court orders. The two groups have filed a joint emergency motion.

The move comes after Moraes asked Rumble to censor a Brazilian journalist’s accounts. The journalist reportedly lives in the U.S. Rumble’s refusal to comply resulted in a set of gag orders being imposed against it.

Now, Rumble and Trump Media –– which uses Rumble servers –– have filed a lawsuit to have the gag orders thrown out on the grounds that they are unenforceable in the U.S.
