President Donald Trump reported what he described as an “outstanding” MRI result, but he did not specify what the scan had evaluated. According to White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, the imaging was conducted as part of Trump’s semiannual medical examination.
“I have no idea what they analyzed,” Trump told reporters. “But whatever they analyzed, they analyzed it well, and they said that I had as good a result as they’ve ever seen.”
Meanwhile, several medical professionals noted that MRIs are not usually included in standard routine physicals. At 79, Trump is the oldest person to be inaugurated as president, and discussions surrounding his health and fitness for office have continued to attract significant public attention.
