According to a new poll from Emerson College, President Donald Trump’s approval rating is 47%, a drop of 3 points from last week. The poll reveals that 48% of voters disapprove of Trump’s handling of the economy, with 46% saying his policies worsen it.

Spencer Kimball, executive director of Emerson College Polling, stated that these numbers suggest Trump’s “honeymoon phase” is ending.

Poll results indicate that a majority of voters believe tariffs will hurt the economy and are skeptical about Trump’s economic policies.
