Four men face federal charges for throwing Molotov cocktails during protests in California, as reported by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. Emiliano Garduno Galvez and Wrackkie Quiogue were charged with possession of an unregistered destructive device, with a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison.


Christian Andres Garcia and Rene Luna are charged with assault on federal officers, punishable by up to one year in prison. U.S. Attorney Bill Essayli stated that attacks like these could cause serious injuries to police officers and innocent bystanders.
